Hiii umm first post on this blog I guess

Most of about me is in my bio. As you can tell from my profile, I really love Egon Spengler from Ghostbusters as well as the OG films. I do collect merchandise of Ghostbusters, I'm a huge collector of all my special interests, I mostly collect Egon Spengler (and ofc Ghostbusters merch in gen) and Bluey merchandise. I have high functioning Autism and ADHD, so I apologize that I am not the best at understanding social interactions, but I'm trying my best! 😞. I have absolutely loved Ghostbusters and Egon since I was 2, I took a break from the fandom in 2021 and came back in 2024, surprisingly, I look quite a bit like movie Egon irl (which is where the blog name came from lol), so it's quite fun to cosplay him(if they ever did a movie where they needed a younger adult Egon, they should totally hmu, I am already an actor irl as well/hj), the silly glasses man gives me so much joy🥹. I am also an artist! I do both traditional and digital art! I mostly draw animals and very new to drawing humans, so I apologize that my Ghostbusters fanart looks a bit wonky, but I do plan to share most of it on here. I definitely look forward to making friends on here, I have a really hard time finding ppl who are fans of GB that aren't just simps or really old men (I'm early college age, literally studying science, unrelated to ES), like I would LOVE to have a deep convo abt Egon lore or Ghostbusters in general. April's drawings and doodles!! Get ready! 🎉🌟

At first, I was gonna draw ARG tangled in some rope, but then the rope looked like a ribbon, so I made Gangle into a monster instead. Also, I drew two of the most underated cats from Warriors ever, especially Lionheart.

(I started this first but finished it second). Drawings of certain characters cause their birthdays this month, except for Colin his birthday is at the end of March. I just forgot to draw him. I just love how Cody, Popee, and Waluigi share the same birthday, tho. 🎉

I was writing a story with these six, inspired by The New Prophecy. But I haven't written it in some time. Idk if I'll ever continue it. I don't think I'll post it anywhere, either. Probably.

The next two drawings I started a month or so ago but didn't finish until this month.

Took quite a while to finish, but I'm glad I did. Idk where this takes place yet, but it is a scene from that crossover I keep thinking about but never really writing down.

Either takes place before or after the drawing above it, I don't really remember. What I do know, tho is that I drew these drawings because idk I just felt like Adam would have interesting interactions with some other characters.

I rushed this at the end. I did not want to leave it out. I want a clean slate next month. God damn it. I love crossovers, how bout you?

Characters who die in canon that end up in the place (idk what to call it) keep being in the clothing that they died in. (Rip Ram and Kurt from Heathers: the Musical). (Spoilers warning if needed) So Adam is stuck with his robe he wore during the war with Charlie and the others from the hotel.

Also, about the 3rd drawing, like I said, it's an idea I had that, yes, takes place in the same crossover thing I think about. The colors in the background of each kiddo are involved in it, too.

The first two drawings are pretty much just some random doodles (idk what to do with the one with ARG and monster Gangle) while the other three kinda have stories to them that may or may not be written or animated on someday. (God, I hope that last sentence made sense).

Oh, and Bluey, Bingo and their cousins got to visit the Cul-De-Sac cause of a reason that's also in the multifandom/crossover I think about, I don't know if I should explain it or not. Meh.

BTW I've tried to match the original art styles of everything before, but this time, I've taken some steps forward. The hardest thing to figure out is the claynimated ones like Orel, Clay, and Claire. But I managed (for now, probably).

Edit: i went back and fixed it, I feel so much better about it now.

I even tried to have it seem like Bluey and others are slowly transitioning to the EEnE art style a bit.

So uhh, I became a Bluey fan... So for context, when bluey first aired I wasn't really a big fan of the show like I would occasionally watch it with my little sister and dad but I wasn't a huge fan because ya know, I was NOT that interested.

I thought the series would be another one of those shows that just air on ABC for a short while then disappear but boy was I wrong, because everywhere I go on the internet there is someone who is expressing their joy for Bluey and what's cool about this series, it's base in Australia and not that but the state 'Queensland' so there is a lot of references to certain places like South Bank.

Two days later, I ended up watching Bluey with my little sister since dad wanted me to babysit her because he needed to mow and my little sister HATES when dad mows, so likewise, I put on bluey on Iview via the tv and just sat there and watch it.. I ended up watching all season 1 to 3 plus minisodes excluding the sign special.

And safe to say, I love this show now lol.

I know that talking about it is gonna result in people looking it up anyway (because of the Streisand effect and stuff) but God I wish people would shut the fuck up about the Ready Jet Go nightmare fuel page on TV Tropes, because it's been deleted for six years now, and all you're doing is beating a dead horse at this point.

I talked about it in this post made here, but the reason why the page was even created in the first place wasn't because some 25 year old was "pIsSiNg tHeIr pAnTs oVeR rEaDy jEt gO," it was made because the user wanted the show to have lots of subpages and look "dark" so it would be popular, because the cartoon community only likes shows that are EDGY and have DEEPEST LORE. The infamous picture on the page makes more sense in context because there was a sudden shadowy closeup of Zerk, Jet's cousin, to emphasize how annoying he is and how much the characters dislike him. It's not something you would often see in a show for young kids, and it could be scary to little kids because of how sudden it happened. That doesn't mean the show is "dark", though. You can watch the scene at 29:32 here.

And again, the page was deleted in 2019, so the TV Tropes mods recognized that the page wasn't good. And STILL people bring it up to bash the show, its fans, and TV Tropes as a whole. It STILL gets brought up on threads dedicating to bashing TV Tropes.

TV Tropes is not perfect, but if you disagree with something you see on a page, you can just edit it instead of dunking on it for internet points. It's a wiki.

Perhaps the worst part about all this is that people give free passes to other preschool/early elementary shows like Sesame Street, Bluey, Sofia the First, Arthur, MLP, and WordGirl, but Ready Jet Go is considered "cringe." I know that MLP and Bluey fans are considered "cringe" too, but even 4chan sings their praises.

RJG has been my biggest special interest for nine years now and people just won't stop bashing the show and being assholes to its fans. Since it is turning nine this year, it will be considered nostalgic, so hopefully, nostalgic zoomers/gen alphas will drown out the haters. We've seen stuff like Wild Kratts, Peg + Cat, and Odd Squad gain popularity because of the nostalgia, maybe that will happen to RJG soon too.

A bluey fanart!!! i think one of my favorite episodes of Bluey is space! IT was the first episode of Bluey that i watched and i remember how hard it hit me in a personal level
